Fatima Hall is a Moroccan owner of the famous Mansouria restaurant in Paris and the author of many cookbooks and histories. Her passion for knowledge pushed her back to study after a break.

She specialized in anthropology and worked as a consultant at the French Ministry of Women's Rights between 1982 and 84. She then decided to take the adventure and transform her love for research, history, and cooking into a special flavor project that she managed to fund with a bold idea. Fatima opened her famous restaurant in Paris without capital and without bank financing.
